What payment and shipping terms do you offer?
Standard terms are confirmed with the quotation and are typically a deposit with the balance before shipment; FOB, CIF and other Incoterms can be quoted. Terms are stated in the contract before production begins.
Can the Training LF02 be customised for our school?
Yes. Colours, laminate or HPL finishes, frame powder-coat colours, dimensions and storage configurations can be specified against your room list and brand standards. Custom work starts from a drawing approval, followed by a pre-production sample where the order volume justifies it.
What is the minimum order quantity for training desks & chairs?
Minimum order quantities depend on the model and the level of customisation, and are set per project rather than per unit. Mixed orders across a whole campus usually ship as one consolidated container, which is the most cost-efficient option for international schools.

What is the difference between nesting and flip-top tables?
Nesting tables have legs or frames that allow the tables to slide together for compact storage. Flip-top tables rotate the top to vertical, which usually allows a tighter stack and easier movement on casters. Flip-top is faster for frequent changeovers; nesting is simpler and often cheaper.
