Quotation and sample questions
Answers by FurnEdu · educational furniture manufacturer since 2007
What procurement teams usually ask before sending a request. If your question is not answered here, email jake@vip-office.cn.
How quickly will I receive a quotation?
Most quotations are returned within one business day of receiving your room list, student age groups and delivery country. Large tenders that need custom drawings, samples or multi-building phasing typically take two to three business days for a complete package.
What information should I include in my enquiry?
Send the room types and quantities (for example 24 classrooms, 6 science labs, 2 libraries, 120 dormitory beds), the student age groups or grade levels, any standard or tender reference you must comply with, the delivery city and country, and your target budget or installation date. Drawings or a furniture schedule speed the process up considerably.
Can you work from an architect's drawing or BOQ?
Yes. Send the drawing, bill of quantities or specification document to jake@vip-office.cn and the project team will return a compliancy review, proposed model list and budget-level pricing against each line item.
Do you supply samples before a full order?
Materials, finishes and where the order volume justifies it a pre-production sample can be provided for approval before mass production. Sample lead time and any sample charge (usually credited against the order) are confirmed in the quotation.
Where is FurnEdu located and which countries do you deliver to?
FurnEdu manufactures in Dongguan, Guangdong, China (Guanzhang Road, Liaobu Town, Dongguan, Guangdong Province, China) and exports to more than 50 countries. Shipments are prepared with export packing, container loading plans and full commercial documentation, and the team supports destination clearance with your freight forwarder.
What are your business hours and how else can I reach you?
The team works Monday to Saturday, 09:00-18:00 GMT+8. Email jake@vip-office.cn or WhatsApp +86 138 0961 8579 for a same-day reply during business hours; enquiries received outside those hours are answered on the next working day.
