When the International School of Bangkok (ISB) embarked on a comprehensive campus renewal project in 2022, its aging classroom furniture had become a significant limitation. The existing desks and chairs, installed over a decade earlier, failed to meet the ergonomic standards required by international school accrediting bodies. With a student body spanning kindergarten through grade 12, the fixed-height furniture could not accommodate the wide range of body sizes, leading to posture-related concerns and reduced classroom engagement. The FurnEdu Solution
FurnEdu worked closely with ISB's facilities team and curriculum coordinators to design a comprehensive furniture solution tailored to the school's specific needs. Across 80 classrooms, **ergonomically adjustable student desks and chairs** were installed, featuring height-adjustable frames and tiltable desktops that support both individual study and group work configurations.
